Experience a full ATC service including Mumbai Oceanic Radio over the Arabian Sea
LIVE ATC by respective divisions ATC controllers. India division ATC will be LIVE from 1330z to 1800z and extended depending upon traffic.

To make your flying experience smoother covering all the ATC region for this event flights departing VABB starts from 1330z and arrivals into OOMS starts from 1530z

  

1. The Pilots who participate in this event will gain x1 points for Pilot Events Award. Please report your participation. Click Here
2. ATC members also must report their positions on the Event on the MODA system to earn x1 points for ATC Event Award. Click Here
3. Both The Pilots and ATC who participate in this event will gain the Aviation Celebration and Tours award. Please report your participation. Click Here

The reports (ATC & Pilots) will be accepted, which be submitted within 3 days after the event end time.

Pilots must follow Oceanic Procedure for this event (available below)

• You need to make a Flight Booking for a timely sequenced departure from VABB to OOMS
• Pilots follow India Oceanic Procedure.
• Make sure you have the Airport scenery installed on your simulator.
• Contact ATC at the scheduled departure Zulu time of your Flight Booking.
• Follow ATC instructions at all times (If ATC asks you to hold at certain altitudes please do so). Since this is a simulation we would recommend you comply with all the ATC instructions during your flight.
